Bruce E. Carr - Principal
Bruce’s career affords you the insight to understand the world of insurance through the experiences as an award winning broker for a global brokerage organization, an entrepreneur owning his own consulting company serving regional and national insurance organizations, executive consultant to a national insurance company leading to the sale of the company, member owner of a Bermuda based captive insurance company and most recently he completed his earn out from the sale of his retail insurance organization. Bruce’s incredibly varied career provides you access to a very deep understanding of the opaque and confusing world of insurance distribution, carrier operations and insurance/ risk management techniques.
Career and client outcome highlights include.
• SE Region EVP Willis – supporting growth in the five state SE Region utilizing a client focused model Bruce introduced to Willis. The SE region is the most successful Willis region in North America.
• Atlantic Insurance and Risk Management – Founder and President of Atlantic Insurance and Risk Management. AIRM was a retail insurance brokerage firm based on the trusted advisor model serving large, complex, demanding property and casualty clients to achieve their desired results. Bruce sold the agency to Willis in Oct 2004.
• Carr Consulting Group, Inc. – Founder and President of Carr Consulting Group since 1996. Carr Consulting Group worked with regional insurance brokerage companies to implement the Bruce Carr trusted advisor business model to achieve growth objectives. Significant achievements include positioning and subsequent sale of a San Francisco based retail insurance agency to a global broker, assisting a large NW privately held firm assure private ownership, working with the senior management team to successfully sell a one billion dollar insurance company.
• Sedgwick-Executive Vice President – As an Executive Vice President Bruce was a top five producer for Sedgwick North America ten consecutive years earning him the right to represent Sedgwick North America in the 1987 Sedgwick global annual report, Chair the Central Region Producer Council, and participate as a founding member to the Presidents sales forum. Prior to his production role, Bruce was the manager of the technical department that represents insured to the markets for placing and pricing.
• Sunshine Insurance Limited – Bruce was a member owner of the Bermuda domiciled captive insurance company.
• Peace Corps Volunteer Micronesia – Bruce worked and lived with the people of Ponape Micronesia to improve their standard of living.

Ronald J. Lynch - Principal
Ron’s corporate insurance leadership and management career at Crum&Forster provides you with direct insight and understanding as to how insurance companies make decisions and manage conflicting insurance agent/broker and insurance company growth/profit demands with insured’s desired outcomes. Understanding how and why insurance company decisions are made when they are faced with conflicting and self serving demands is critical to achieving your desired outcomes. Ron’s depth of experience leading a world class insurance company as Regional Vice President, Regional Underwriting Manager, Branch Manager, Service Office Manager, Casualty Underwriting Manager, and Casualty Underwriter dealing with agents/brokers/insured’s enables you to access a unique and client relevant perspective.
Significant achievements included:
• Provided insurance and risk management services for 35 of the top 100 companies in the State of Florida
• Organized and implemented a captive insurance company program created to achieve client driven outcomes.
• Crum&Forster and insured relationships duration averaged an industry leading 15 years period
